Chris Nordell spent 15 years building a career in medical device sales, serving physicians and patients with care, expertise, and trust. Over time, he realized that many successful professionals wanted to grow wealth through real estate but lacked the time to manage tenants, properties, and day-to-day operations.
After months of research and careful vetting, Chris made his first multifamily investment as a limited partner. That experience confirmed a belief: with the right partners, passive investing can deliver strong returns without sacrificing time, energy, or peace of mind.

Chris Nordell
Chris brings 15 years of success in the medical device industry, with leadership roles at Smith & Nephew, BD, and Inari Medical (recently acquired by Stryker). Known for his ability to build trust with highly skilled physicians in complex settings, Chris has carried those same values into Tillit Capital.
He lives in Plymouth, MN, with his wife, Laura, and their three children, Charlie, Julia, and Annie. Beyond work, Chris coaches youth sports, mentors Bethel University business students, and enjoys investing his time in family and community.
